Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial that includes 10,000 free tokens to allow you to fully test the Universal AI SaaS platform, including WhatsApp integration and AI responses.

The free trial expires whichever comes first: after 7 calendar days, or when the 10,000 token limit is reached. No payment information is required to start the trial.

Because we provide a comprehensive free trial, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any paid subscriptions or token top-ups once a charge has been processed.

By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient opportunity to test the service and agree that all charges are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for a valid, non-refundable charge will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to our services.
