Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Universal AI SaaS subscription at any time, for any reason. There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or long-term contracts.

Our subscription tiers are billed in British Pounds (GBP):

• Starter: £25/month
• Growth: £35/month (Most Popular)
• Business: £50/month

1. Log in to your dashboard at bot.aamirsaba.com/dashboard
2. Navigate to the "Billing & Plans" section.
3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button and confirm.
4. Alternatively, email us at info@aamirsaba.com with your registered email address.

• Your service continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No further charges will be applied to your payment method.
• Unused tokens expire at the end of the billing period and are not refunded.
• Account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

Our free trial lasts 7 days or until 10,000 tokens are consumed (whichever comes first). If you do not upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be automatically suspended. No payment information is required to start a trial.
